Step 1: Document Scanning
Contact us to schedule document scanning. We will need your pilot certificate, medical certificate, photo ID, and signed rental agreement.
Step 2: Rental Checkout
Schedule a rental checkout consisting of 1 hour ground instruction and 1 hour flight. Renters will be expected to demonstrate safe operation of the aircraft.
Step 3: Begin Renting
After a successful checkout, renters may begin scheduling rental flights themselves through our online system
Cessna 150 "Airforce One"
Rates:
•Solo: $85/hr (dry)
•Split: $42.5/hr (dry)
•Checkout: $160 flat rate
Block Special Rates (plus 7% FL sales tax):
• 50-hour block: $75/hr dry (solo) or $37.5/hr dry (split)
• 100-hour block: $70/hr dry (solo) or $35/hr dry (split)

Piper Cherokee 160 (PA-28-160)
Rates:
•Solo: $125/hr (dry)
•Split: $62.5/hr (dry)
•Checkout: $175 flat rate
Block Special Rates (plus 7% FL sales tax):
• 50-hour block: $95/hr dry (solo) or $50/hr dry (split) • 100-hour block: $85/hr dry (solo) or $45/hr dry (split)
